Who we are
The Plot Twist × ECHO ("we", "us") offers personalized story gifts, the private Surprise Link for collecting memories, the ECHO memory vault, and optional printed keepsake books. By creating an account, contributing a memory, or making a purchase you agree to these terms.
Your account
You must be at least 18 to create an account or buy. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from your Account page.
Your content
You and your contributors keep ownership of every message, photo and voice note. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display that content only to create, deliver and preserve your stories (including AI-assisted drafting and printing). Only upload content you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful, hateful or that violates someone's privacy.
Surprise Links
Anyone holding a Surprise Link can add a memory to that story. Share it only with people you trust. The story creator can review and remove contributions.
AI-assisted drafting
We use AI to help arrange and phrase your story. Please review AI-generated text before gifting or printing; it may contain mistakes.
Purchases & subscriptions
Prices are shown at checkout and processed securely by Stripe. ECHO vault plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Account → Orders & Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Printed books
Printed keepsakes are produced and shipped by our print partner after your payment is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates. Please double-check the shipping address. We can't redirect a book once it is in production.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll notify you by email or on the site. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
