Refund & Returns Policy

Digital story gifts

If you haven't started collecting memories for a purchased story, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once contributions have been collected or the story has been compiled, digital gifts are non-refundable, but we'll always work with you to make it right.

ECHO vault subscriptions

Cancel any time from Account → Orders & Billing. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it.

Printed books

Every book is printed just for you, so we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your book arrives damaged, misprinted or doesn't arrive, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date (with a photo if damaged) and we'll reprint it or refund you in full.

Address errors

Books shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout can't be refunded, but we'll offer a reprint at cost.

How to request

Email us with your order email and details. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
